I have clothing patterns made on CAD systems. I need to import them into photoshop at the correct size and resolution. I need a service that will take the dfx files and make them into an eps that is readable by photoshop cc on a mac. This would be happening on a fairly regular basis.

you can export CAD files to various formats compatible with Photoshop in addition to that you mention can also be the pasaar to PDF which is also accepted by Photoshop.
