I am involved in designing and preparation of all types drawings of Electrical Substation,MEP and Civil. Including Lighting design for Control room, Substation area , Residential Buildings , Roads using Lux level calculation for each application as per standard Lux level requirement. Design, Drafting and Calculations related to Substation 400/220KV,220/33KV GIS, 132/33KV, 66/11KV etc. Softwares:- AutoCAD, Relux, Dialux, MATLAB, CGLux, Ecodial, Calculux.

Total quote £300 to include; 1. Measured site survey 2. Production of "as built" floor plans and elevations 3. Proposed scheme design including revisions to your satisfaction. 4. Detailed scheme to building control standard. 5. Any revisions from building control comments. 6. Answering any queries the builder might have. NOTE: I do not ask for deposit. However, full fee is payable on completion. Full fee will still be payable if the project is stopped after the site survey.
