I'm looking for an experienced civil/structural engineer to provide Earthquake Resistant R.C.C. design of a Residential Bungalow (Location Reference for Seismic Zone : Mahendragarh, Haryana) alongwith Drainage & Electrical Drawings.
Exactly same bungalows are planned for two brothers on the same land.
The design should include detailed structural design drawings mentioning concrete mix ratio in every work alongwith STAAD or ETabs output file, drainage drawings separate for (soil waste & grey water) and electrical drawings (considering all kinds of automations).
The building should be constructed with reinforced concrete and should adhere to the provisions of IS 1893-2002 in order to ensure that the final building is earthquake resistant. Please refer the attached file named 'Marmsthal', no footing shall cover these points as per vastu.
I would require the column centerline plan, footing layout, column & footing reinforcement by 14/4/23, rest drawings can be shared by the End of this month.
DWG file, Staad/ Etabs file will be required for respective drawings.
