I reviewed your sample and out of the 20 lines in this sample only three can go without changes. Mainly grammatical issues, 2 are a wrong translation. I would assume the translation was done by Google or Bing, because this is the typical result one gets for short product descriptions / product names from a machine: The words are mainly right, grammar is a mess (especially combinations of nouns, because this is handled very differently in German compared to English and Google never gets this right) , and occasionally a wrong translation. 4 days is fine.
