Create HTML Graphs from CSV database using Perl module HTML::Graph

Perl script need to take data from a csv database using HTML::Graph and generate both an HTML and pixel version of a graph using this data.

Y axis- various measurements and metrics

X axis- various time increments

The y points are the data points, and the x-points can be derived from the field column names.

Must run on windows platform
