We need a script that takes a CSV database file with the top row as the field names and convert it to an XML/XSLT combination that can be rendered by a php page into a sortable HTML table. The same headers in the CSV database will be the top row in the HTML table, and each cell in the row contains a hyperlink, which, if clicked, will sort the HTML according to that field.
