Custom site similar to onemodelplace/modelmayhem

We have a custom design in a PSD file that we got from 99 Designs. The first thing you would need to do is take the PSD file and convert it into HTML/CSS template. Then you will follow our instructions about what the home page should have, such as featured models, shout outs, new members, etc. You would need to be a pro at setting us credit card processing systems. In our case our website will have users that sign up, and we would need our system to bill them automatically every month. The site will be for photographers to find models and models to find photographers, and it will also be for makeup artists, hire stylists, model agents, etc. We will need a backend system that will help us moderate users. Users will sign up for a three tier membership, Bronze, Silver, Gold memberships, the higher the membership the more features the site will be able to use. You will need to be good at programming, database, custom credit card processing systems, Web 2.0 things such as modals. You will also need to be good in making secure sites. Once you give us your bid, I will send you a link with our instructions. I am an SEO by trade, so you will need to be able to create the site with my instructions, such as making the URLs SEO friendly, even if the pages are dynamic, we need to be able to create custom URL, keyword friendly URLs.
