I need this built ASAP now as it is due for my customer in four hours. We will talk on Skype, I will then award the project and communicate over skype while you build it. I have all the static wireframes for this and the functionality doesn't need to work, only give a look and feel representation to my customer. It's a demo web portal which will eventually be built in .NET. The client wants to see the a mockup of the portal so they can get some feedback. UI design doesn't matter too much because this won't represent he final product but you should be able to produce a good clean looking UI with a modern interface and big, easy to follow navigation etc... I will give more details when I award you the prject.
