VB.Net Server/Client program

Hi Freelancers! I am in need of a very simple VB.Net TCP/IP Server/Client example program. I need it to be very basic, no unnecessary or redundant features or subs unless I require them in the list below. These are the requirements: . The code for both the server and client needs to be built into the pre-designed forms I created that are attached. You just make the features work. . List of variables I want in the server program that I can easily edit: > Max number of clients > Connection port . Features of the server I am requiring: > Data log > Client connection count > Function that returns a list of all connected clients. > Sub for sending a message to a specific client. > Chat box needs to send to all clients using a sub called SendData(data As String) > Sub for disconnecting a specific client > Sub for disconnecting all clients > Connect and Disconnect button . Features of the client I am requiring: > Data log > Chat box needs to send to all clients using a sub called SendData(data As String) > Sub for sending a message to a specific client > Sub for sending message to all clients. > Connect and Disconnect button . Other requirements: > Whenever data is sent, I want a ">" or "<" placed in front of the data when the data is added to the log. "<" is outgoing data, ">" is incoming data." > All functions need to be asynchronous. > I want all classes created for the server to be in the same file. Same for client project. > This project needs to be confidential. Only the two of us should ever see this code. That means you cannot post the code online, or share the code in any way with anyone else for any reason. > The chat log on both the server and client need to be special. They need to detect when a user is scrolling up, looking at previous messages. If they are, when data is added to the log, it will not automatically scroll to the bottom. But if the user is not browsing previous messages, then the log will automatically scroll to the bottom to add the new message. > Needs to be done in Visual Basic 2013.
