Handling inquiries, answering incoming calls, offering customers products and services, updating client accounts, meeting targets, resolving problems, managing multiple tasks, sales, provide technical assistance to any requests made by clients, managing customer expectations,diagnose any Technical hardware and software problems and find appropriate solutions, handle customer complains, manage dispute resolutions. help desk training, and becoming solution-oriented instead of problem focused.
