Hello, I am creating a website that will be getting its content submitted anonymously from the website visitors. I need to have a single submission form programmed for me that will connect to a MySQL database that I will be able to review esily and also have the submissions emailed to me. I would like a submission that opens up like click on "Submit your FML" to see. I will need a way for the user to upload a file to me, photo, documents, pdfs, etc. I'd also like any suggestions on how to make the submission as secure as possible. Thanks! :)

Need to a site developed based on a wordpress theme if possible. Idea is for users to post text or pictures to a user generated blog. No need for user registration, just a user name. Posted objects should require administrator to approve before posting on site. each post will have a positive or negative vote. Also have an option to view best rated and lowest rated. Looking for a website functionality similar to FML (with the post submit function) but with the ability to allow people to link their profiles when they post something and tag people from Facebook (not sure if this is a privacy issue per se, but would assume it would be allowable to tag the posters friends and those friends could untag themselves should they choose to). Site with similar concept to FML and but will be more indepth and will take a different strategy than these sites. Site must look very professional. All links must work and be user friendly. Each entry must be verified by admin before posted publicly onto site for verification along with many other modifications. Bidder must be highly trained and motivated.
