Install Zen Cart Template

I have a new website [[login to view URL]] that i need a Zen Cart Template installed and fully functional so I can log into the admin area and being working on the site. I tried to install it, but must have done something wrong. The template I need installed is uploaded as a .zip file so you can view it. This should be a pretty straight-forward project for someone familiar with Zen Cart installations and should take less than 1 hour to complete so, keep that in mind when bidding. Need project completed asap preferably today. I will provide necessary logins to bid winner.
