Custom Theme for Zen Cart

We are interested in getting the lowest prices fort he best quality new custom theme needed for our new store. The site should match and feel seamless upon entry from [login to view URL] We have many competitors and this site is much bigger than us but we would like a site that has 60% of the amount of elements that this does. [login to view URL] We don't have as much info to offer, and we don't have any of the images they use. We would like to hire a dev that can work with us to initially create a good theme mathcing our intro and then stay with us for ongoing work with images, ads, banners, etc, for future aspects and growth of the store. We don't have much money but need to get this done ASAP.
