466000 zencart upgrade and template install 20

Im on tight budget will pay $20 it's a quick fix. I have Zencart installed. I tried to install a new template but now i cant get my home page to show.I accidently earased a file. I will need you to do the following: restore my Zencart shop to original state. -finish upgrading my Zencart to the latest version.(the upgrade is installed but need finishing. -finish installing a template(template is installed just needs to show up properly. I get the following errors:WARNING: Site is currently set to Down for Maintenance ...
