XSL / XSLT File Needed for XML File Imported into MS Access

I need an XSL or XSLT file to transform an XML file for importation into MS Access. When I import the attached file ([login to view URL]) into MS Access I get five separate tables (See [login to view URL]): - BatchData - Name - Address - Details - RequestIdData I need an XSL or XSLT file to transform the XML so it will import into one table (See [login to view URL]): - BatchInfo I DO NOT want code written to do this - I need the XSL or XSLT file to perform this transformation.
