Childcare Apprenticeship Assessor

Hi my name is Mustapha Aminu, I am a BA Hons graduate from the University of Westminster, London. Being a father to two children has given me some experience in delivering childcare, but I have also ran animation workshops between 2013 to 2016 for school children from KS1 to KS4. In doing so I had to be familiar with all the relevant policies and procedures when managing children. I mostly held the workshops in schools or sometimes I organized my own after school workshops at different venues, the children really loved seeing their stories come to life, it is empowering for them to create animations like the ones they watch on TV. I also have experience managing my business, delegating work amongst my employees, securing jobs, carrying out background checks and ensuring the business operates as smoothly as possible. From previous jobs I have also held the positions of team leader, customer service and director. I live in Clapham Junction, which is not that far from Surrey, especially when traveling by train. I am hard working, a very quick learner with excellent communication skills, DBS checked, I have years of experience in childcare and management, plus I am familiar with EYE Levels 3 themes and structure.
