I just wasted 2 weeks with a programmer that had a hard time getting this correct, please do not waste my time, do not bid unless you can do this and do a great job. ==== Frontend Flow The visitor will visit the site, go to products, add brush package to their cart, checkout, select the charity they want their brushes to go to, submit, go to thank you page. Backend Flow After checkout, instead of redirecting to the standard woocommerce page it will direct them to the landing page which I have attached the mockup for, they will then be able to donate the number of brushes they just purchased, there is a custom attribute on the woocommerce products called ‘qty_brushes’, they will be able to select a charity that is not fulfulled and if there are extras, there needs to be another dropdown shown so they can donate to another charity. Once they submit, the results of the form submit into the database log and an email is sent to the charity alerting them that they will receive XXX brushes from us in the near future. BACKEND TABS Charities - Active Charities - Inactive CharitiesSorry - Transaction Log - Charity Categories Active Charities Tab Once clicked on the tab you can see the list of charities. [Name][State][Requested Brushes][Fulfilled][Actions] They can click [ Add Charity ] and here are the fields - Status (default = Active) - Fulfilled (default = No) - Charity Name - Requested Annual Brushes - Contact Name ( private ) - Transaction Email - Charity Phone Number - Charity Street Address - Charity City - Charity State (all fifty states) - Charity Zip - Charity Category - Charity Website - Charity Logo Inactive Charities Tab Just list the inactive charities, they can click and edit as the active charities tab Transaction Log This needs to list all of the transactions, transaction_id/charity_name/charity_category/toothbrushes/date, it also needs to be exportable by csv Charity Categories This needs to be a place where we can add/edit categories FRONT END Content Page, screenshot The front page needs to be jquery based and when refined it will change the results without reloading the page. The load more will do just that, it will drop down more results. If there are no completed charities then do not show the bar. Checkout Page The checkout page will need to be a new order success page, when they complete an order with woocommerce it needs to redirect to this page, screenshot. The page will allow them to refine the results using the category/state options, on refine the page does not refresh but the options do. If they qty of toothbrushes is greater then the need for the charity they choose, then show another dropdown, and repeat. On submit a email and log needs to be saved for each option. FUNCTIONS - When a donation is made it needs to be logged - an email needs to send to the charity stating that there has been a donation made from ‘[login to view URL]’ to ‘Charity Name’ of ‘#’ Toothbrushes. I need to know snippets for these figures so I can place them on pages with php and in the cms editor - Total brushed donated - Total fulfilled charities - Total active charities
