plugins not loading on my wordpress frontpage, only on my my_account page

I need someone to help me with this problem via either TeamViewer or Anydesk right now. On my wordpress plattform plugins with JS(!) are only loading on the my-account Js is generally working fine and also beeing used on the frontpage and other pages Need help now.
