One of my Wordpress websites isn't functioning appropriately in several ways. Even with all the plugins disabled, I can't use the visual editor to create hyperlinks (but creating them manually using the text editor does work). Additionally, several of the plugins (even when they are the only plugin activated) don't work normally anymore (like they do on my other websites and like they did previously on this website). For example, "Q and A FAQ and Knowledge Base for WordPress" plugin normally has drag and drop functionality to reorder FAQs. This doesn't work so I can't change the order of the FAQs without rewriting them all from scratch in the order I want them to be listed. I've run 2-3 different virus scanner plugins on the site, one of which found a change to code which it reported fixed but the other found no abnormalities. Please help if you think have a good idea how to fix this.

Let me see your website? I need FTP login and Admin login to check your settings. One theory here would be that the jquery scripts that run the plugins might be corrupted. Or a virus is taking over the scripts and so they do not run normally. Let me have the logins. Thanks.
