Iphone And Android business directory app - repost 3

I need a developer to do a mobile app that is very similar to ( Brighton nighlife app) It is a business directory which includes categories.. I need it to have the same feel and simplicity of the app mentioned above which is easy to get around. I also want it to be listed on The Apple and Google play store. The app must include a backend admin panel to manage that information and I would also like business to be able to add their business either on the app itself or online. It must be able to update itself on the geo location of the customer so they know how far away from the business they require is. Please download the app above, have a play around with it so you have the best idea of what I need. I will also like 12 - 16 businesses that pay to be on the front page, scroll through like on the app above. This is my first official app so would like someone that is ok with explaining how things work and in plain english so fluent in English is a must.
