Help needed : I have an issue with using a Pushd in a batch file provided as a cirtix published app

Hi. I am encountering an issue with providing a a batch file as a published app in citrix. It imports a reg file, then does a pushd to change the working directory and starts up an application. The batch file can be launched with same credentials in a shared desktop environment but when I provide it as a published app, the pushd does not seem to function. Any ideas ?
