Website to obtain replacement window leads

I am interested in having three websites developed for a window company I recently became a dealer for. Our current site provided by our parent company is [login to view URL] and so the literature, products and branding here can and should be used. However a site that I feel looks better and I would like to be more like is www.windowworldcharleston.com. This includes the cost savings calculator. I would like some of the pictures that have woman, pets, and children. I think both sites miss one big component and that is on every page there should be a box requesting them to fill out their contact info for a free estimate. This should be the most prevalent component on each page. These contact forms or leads will need to be texted to my phone or emailed to me immediately. I also need this to be set up with the proper keywords and tags. I will provide the keywords. As I said above I need 2 sites; one branded with the americans best choice logo and the second with a different logo that I will promote independent of americas best choice for added leads in Charleston SC. I do not want the viewers to be able to know that we are the same company so the designs of these two sites must be different from each other. The third site should not have americas best choice branding but a unique logo that you provide and this site is to appeal to a Charlotte NC market. I have heard you can make websites out of [login to view URL] sites and I have also heard that google loves these site because they constantly update themselves by having a forum as part of the site and that there are plug ins to have the site find and add articles automatically this thought appealed to me. Please let me know your thought s on this.
