Small Website design

I need a 7 page website designed. It is for a horse racing tipping service. I will be looking for a home page where I can enter some text, then 3 pages where I can put a graph and paste results from a spreadsheet into, I want these in a box 500px x 600px that will scroll so that the webpage is not the length of the results as there are many. On those three pages I also was two small boxes 200px x 100px on the side for a paypal button and another linked button, then a larger box 200px x 400px where I can enter text. I then need a page with a contact form. A page where I can have twitter rss feed but just in a javascript code. Finially I need a page where I can put two html login boxes I have the code for, they are from a seperate website. Obviously I would like it to look nice, maybe a flash banner at the top nothing fancy, just sky and a picture of a horse and jockey that fade in then the outline glows for a few seconds. Let me know your ideas and price.
