Put together an Affiliate marketing website/blog on my domain

Hi , I have an existing domain which is currently used as an ecommerce platform for my own products. I am looking at dissolving this and creating an affiliate marketing program instead in a niche area. I wish to use a blog however, also product reviews and banner ads etc. on the new site
I want to use a theme designed for affiliate marketing but it will need to be made feminine looking with my logo at the top and suitable for the industry (haircare) I am specialising in for the affiliate marketing site. Links to all my social media.
You will need to remove the existing site and do some tidying up for me (minimal time)
Then create the new site customised in the appearance which will be a white background and black text with a few splashes of colour and has all the features optimised to be used as an affiliate marketing/blog site.
You will ad plugs ins as needed including pretty links and ensuring my newsletter is set up for subscription and linked with mail chimp. I have a datat base that will need to be uploaded to mail chimp. I want an email template set up as well as a newsletter template I can use on a regular basis. All social media is integrated. And that links are able to be placed in my blog
I want to work with someone who is either in Australia (Sydney) or is able to skype to walk me through the process of blogging and placing links etc. . Sharing, commenting and all features that assist with conversion. I also want to understand how to utilise and share my blog links on facebook and then promote to my existing following to also use to convert.
Advice on the best theme that comes with some custom features when we start would be a big help.
So basically
1. The blog affiliate site
2. Mail chimp user and a newsletter and email template set up
3. Google analytics set up
4. Instruction on how to use each feature so I can hit the ground running.
5. Pointing of the name server to the new site on my hosting with go daddy. (the site may be able to be built within go daddy using a word press theme as go daddy offers this)
6. my email addresses sorted and redirected to my main email address.
