Unfortunately myself and AwzpactSoftware ran into issues that neither of us could of foreseen . Basically the work AwzpactSoftware had to do depend heavily on information downloaded from my suppliers website . Unfortunately the information in the downloaded files contained a lot of inaccurate information. AwzpactSoftware tried very hard to respond and correct issues I was highlighting but initially I was not aware of the problems with my suppliers own data. After several attempts to try and solve the problems I checked the details on my suppliers own website against the information we received in the downloaded files . It was then I realised that the problem was with my supplier and not with AwzpactSoftware . For that reason I decided to pay AwzpactSoftware for the work and AwzpactSoftware in turn has agreed to work with me to correct the issues we faced when my supplier is able to provide the correct information to allow us to complete . I would like to thank AwzpactSoftware for the patience and commitment shown . And look forward to finally been able to provide the data needed to complete the project . Once again my apologies for the issues that hindered you and I will contact you as soon as I receive the updated and correct information . Thank you . Alex .
