Drupal 6 site can be easily and automatically be upgraded to Drupal 8 because Drupal 8 core includes three migration modules designed to accomplish that task. As a first step a new D8 site is created,and the three core migration modules are enable. Existing D6 or D7 site remains completely unaltered and intact. Migration modules will do most of the work for us. Later we can install the new drupal theme that you have bought. The upgrading core drupal version is not an easy job, It needs extraordinary understanding & technical knowledge. SEO rank must not affect due to these upgradations. Much appreciate if you can share website URL along with installed module list. As i already upgraded many websites so aware about the whole process.
