What we want designed and set up is a website which we will have video clips and photo pics, updated most days with new materials. We would also like to have the materials archived by date, with a calendar where visitors can click on to choose which day's materials to see. We would want to have a ranking/rating facility where visitors can rate the videos/pics, and then the top 10 or so ranked ones will be listed for visitors to click on to view. Plus any other scripts that the designer may suggest to be included to make it a good entertainment site. Then, how much would that all cost me?

I have actually build a similar thing to this recently, so it shouldn't be too difficult. I assume you already have webspace with MySQL and PHP. I also assume only members are permitted to add content.
