Conditional Logic for Custom Options in BigCommerce store

Sorry Folks, I received a better offer from a BigCommerce Direct Partner. Closing this project. Conditional Logic On all my T-shirt products, I have a field in the Custom Options section. It says "Would you like to customize the graphic?" Yes | No (The default value is "No") If a customer clicks on "Yes" then I need 5 fields to appear and then they can update the custom fields. want the 5 Custom Options to be HIDDEN until someone selects "Yes". If "Yes" is selected then the 5 following options appear below the "Would you like to customize the graphic?" and above the Cart button. If they click "No" at any time the 5 Custom Options are to be hidden again. PICTURE INCLUDED If Custom Option #1 is selected as "Yes" then Custom Option #2 through #6 need to appear on the product page. Otherwise, If the option is set to "No", Custom Option #2 through #6 disappear from the product page. 1. I will need to have some kind of documentation that specifies where every bit of code is placed. Each .js .css .html, and ANY other files that is changed, and the code that was placed in the file. 2. I will need to make sure each updated section of code is appropriately commented. Commenting using <!-- Date, and purpose --> YOUR CODE <!-- END --> or the curly bracket comments. Anywhere code is place, I want a comment. 3. If it is possible, all current pages in my theme should be backed up and when possible a copy of the original template is made and the copy is used for modification and the new copy is referred to where necessary. For example. if you need to make changes to the [login to view URL] then a copy is made and in the control panel the new copy is used.
