5x Drupal Theme design/layout

We need development of 5x Drupal Themes for our new Drupal powered websites. 3 of the 5 is directly copied from existing sites, and 2 should be developed by you using the below mentioned 3 sites as reference. The Themes is to be used in multiple languages and multiple websites within JCI - No text in graphics, as everything must be translatable into any language, including logo. So, please note. - Minimize the space for top-menu. - Dynamic themes/layouts. - Possible to change and move functions and elements as needed. Drupal 7.9+ and 8.x compatible Themes that works with any and all modules within Drupal. Rip off the design, layout and Theme from the below websites, including all non-text graphics. No text in graphics, and all text must be changeable within Drupal. The other 2 Themes is from your own creativity, with a few rules. The graphics, colours and layout must be in the same general area as the 3 links above. All Themes is to be kept in the same spirit as the 3 website links above. The Themes must be delivered as 5 individual Theme packages for Drupal.
