I read your project description, and i understand what you need. However i'll need more information: How many themes?, All of them for both drupal 6 and 7? What's the status of the work? (i don't what you mean by "bulk work" is done) And if you could also send link to demos of themes, i would really appreciate it. I have strong knowledge of both Wordpress, and Drupal, and over 10 years of experience with PHP&MySQL, HTML&CSS, and JavaScript, so the conversion should cause me any troubles. Also if you will send answers to my questions, i'll reconsider the price and time estimate, thanks.
