GAF Clone

I am looking for someone who can design a clone of GAF for me. You must have proven expertise in being able to replicate all the features including reverse auction, payments, paypal, moneybookers, escrow, pmb, user registration, forgotten password, membership fee etc. Only difference being that this website will be a for a single specialized service (with multiple sub-categories) which will be disclosed later. I would also need SEO services for the website and you can quote for that separately. I am looking for professional, high-quality work and willing to pay more than $300 for it. You MUST have excellent English communication skills to be able to work with me. In your bid you MUST show me a fully functional reverse auction website designed and developed by you. Your bid should also have a detailed SEO "Plan of Action". The website look should be minimalistic (like GAF and Google) but very classy at the same time. Nothing too loud or flashy and it should be FAST.
