I need to get an order form created for my website that will: - Allow visitors to purchase and pay for one or more books - Provide a promotional price to health care professionals - Support payment via PayPal - Automatically subscribe customers to a Mail Chip mailing list - Allow customer details to be exported to a spreadsheet - Be built on a shopping cart base so that future products can be sold through the website for minimal additional work There will be 3 main products for sale and there will be special requirements.
