Pedantic PSD to CSS conversion needed [repost]

Please understand the meaning of *pedantic* if you are going to bid. We are reposting this project as the previous bidder was sloppy and failed to execute the job properly. Spacing was all over the place, text overlapped other text, the title bars were different sizes, etc. We need absolute perfection. Pendatic PSD to CSS conversion required - we have a new website as a PSD file, sample attached. It is a total of 1 home page and 18 sub pages where the primary structure remains the same but the body of the page changes. A successful bidder will have an extreme attention to detail, will deliver final product within 5 days of acceptance and will put the word pedantic as the first word in their response. We have an ongoing requirement for PSD-CSS conversion so if you can get it right, we can offer you an ongoing stream of work.
