Website optimization

I am having a hard time with google analytics that i am having some problems with my website which beside the fact that it s bouncing people very much ,loads hard and other things. I need a team specialized in this website analysis based on the google analytics that will see what is going on with my website and which will also be able to work on the website to optimize it to load faster and what ever things are necessary. At this moment i am advertising it in places strongly conected to my website and still there are problems with the people. They don t spend much time on the website ,they leave fast etc ,they bounce big time . Waiting for a serious bidder with experience in this kind of jobs. Website is made in AJAX mostly.
