Logo and basic color scheme / template for property website

We are a start up company with focus on the real estate market based in Hong Kong. We are looking to build a comprehensive real estate website which will serve the end consumers for their market research, flat search, offerings, advertisements and much more... We are looking for a design team which can support us in developing the design part (front end part) of this website. As a start we are looking for a clean, fresh logo and basic color scheme / template for our website. It will serve as a base for the ongoing development of our website. For the successful candidate we will consider to build up a long term cooperation with the design team as there will be continuous design work required as the website grows (estimated at least 1 year project). We will only consider experienced candidates who are able to provide a portfolio of their previous similar work.
