1 Project Summary Absolutech, the Employer, would like to hire an Independent Contractor, to complete a market research on the online dating industry. The Employer would like to have a quick understanding of the general picture of the industry as of 2014. The Independent Contractor must be able to communicate efficiently with the Employer on Skype in English (must), and deliver a quality product on time and on budget. The Employer will select the Independent Contractor based on 1) budget (50%), 2) Research and documentation skills (40%), 3) Communication (10%).
