User interface design required for new software we wish to program.

This project is for a user interface design of a software we wish to create. 2 interface design are required. We wish to develop our own software which is a semi-clone of Sage Logix application in terms of interface with additional features which are yet to be decided. To present our proposal we are looking for a USER INTERFACE design only of what our software will look like. I have attached 2 "inspiration" screen shots of the sage logix program; this is similar to what we want our program to look like. These 2 images must be redesigned to show our Interface prototype which will be used for presenting and a guide for requirements when programming. **THIS IS A SYSTEM INTERFACE DESIGN PROJECT ONLY, NO PROGRAMMING IS REQUIRED.** Image 1: main page of software Image 2: second page of software.
