1 Page WEIGHT LOSS LANDING PAGE

I need a 1 page landing page that will work on Smart Phones, tablets and computers. I have all the copy and pictures. Need's 1 video inserted. The video must play on Apple & Windows products. Need it uploaded and I have a Free Report to go out when they fill out the submit form. I have an example. However; I want it classier looking with a Purple highlight and soft gray background.
