Mobile Web Site Mockup and HTML code

The requirement is a mobile web site version of our current website ([login to view URL]). Not all pages will be required, just the bare minimum to browse the products and place an order. I will let you decide what is and what is not needed. You will need to provide a list of all the pages you are going to design before starting the project. An example of the type of thing we are looking for is [login to view URL] (if you view on a mobile device - not an iPad). The look and feed must match the look and feel on the website. We will require the mock-ups of all pages and the raw HTML and CSS which our developers will then take and integrate with the database and convert into .aspx files. There should be minimal images used, all design should be CSS driven. The site must look correct on a series of different low resolutions and optimised to load quickly.
