High end website UI design elements needed! - (High quality work only)

We are looking for a very high end design solutions provider to complete the following work and more for us – start immediately. We love the look and feel of these designs and UI elements/interface, found on this page: [login to view URL] Refer to this page: [login to view URL] - We need you to redesign the sidebar image [login to view URL] <-- redesign all the elements, the iPhonelox service guarantee should be redesigned then put into HTML/CSS – so it is actual text. The payment icons – have something cool above them saying "Now accepting the following" Another element needs to be designed into the page – on the sidebar with the above designs. I need a "module" that show total enrolments today – I just need this as a design and I will get someone to code it later. It should look like: iPhoneLox Statistics 2,500,000 unlocks to date 1.87% refund rate 432 unlocks today Average support ticket response time: 24 minutes At the bottom of all pages there is a current banner - [login to view URL] I want to change these to have 2 banners: Banner 1: Take a tour – see what iPhoneLox is all about! Banner 2: Purchase now, get access in 60 seconds! I need you to put them on the site later with a nice CSS mouseover effect – soft shadow, floating. I will give you the PSD's for the whole site, but right now the site is a sort of Green colour. I need you to change the colour in the PSD's to match the main image on the front of the site (That is our colour scheme) [login to view URL] You will just need to splice the images and upload + replace the existing header and footer graphics. Make it match the main image and have a darker blue/texhy colour and feel. (All this section + the header - [login to view URL]) On the home page - [login to view URL] replace these buttons, redesign them, and make them look cooler – [login to view URL] [login to view URL] You see the middle section of the front page - it is all white - just text, it's a bit hard to read. Could you play with this? Add some background, or a border on the sides of the site/shadows/images to break the text etc? Also, the fonts on the front page are a bit messed up. Can you fix that - change all the fonts to match each other - reset the h1/h2/h3 to match and that. The features section at the top of the page - The titles arent working - can you make the text look better, fix the header text etc – it's a CSS issue, it's not loading the H4 tags properly or the fonts (duplicate CSS issue) Also, in the featured section - can you change the current images - put in some images or icons or illustrations that show more accurately what we do? (fitting the text currently in there) Please place a bid and provide an expected timeframe and price. Most importantly - provide your Portfolio.
