427120 Comedy Website Design and Development

I want a website to be designed and developing. The site will be a comedy website. I will require a back office so I can update the site on a daily basis. Customers will need to sign-up and pay a one off subscription fee to use the site. There will be three different subscription packages to choose from Red, Green and Black. The site will also offer an incentive scheme. Customers will be given incentives to get friends and family to sign-up. When a customer signs-up they will be given a unique code. Every time the customer gets friends or family to sign-up to the site using the unique code the customer will receive a reward. The site will need to be able to accept PayPal and card payments.
