PT Virtual Asstant

I'm looking for a virtual assistant (individual or company) that can implement whole projects for me. I want to work with someone that I can say "do backlinks" or "set up this facebook project" or "set up this blogger project" etc. I'm looking for someone that is more of a generalist than a specialist. Someone that can build a website and promote it, understands social media and especially how to bring traffic to a website in more ways than just building backlinks for rankings. Also, I'm looking for someone who understands the United States work ethic. I hear over and over again, "don't hire virtual because you will pay more due to people not working very quickly." Hopefully, there is someone out there than can prove them wrong. I want to find someone (in any country, including the United States) who wants to make money on a long term PT basis doing virtual projects. If you can get things done with minimal instruction, have a good understanding of the English language, are honest and ethical I could really use you. Please tell me why I should hire you, what you can do for me, what time zone you're in, and what you charge. I'm looking for someone at least 10-20 hours a week depending on what we work out.
