Accommodate Google ads in Joomla templates

I have a website [login to view URL] which is made on Joomla frame work. I need to get this joomla template to modify accommodate google ads in the website as explained below. I would like to display two columns on left side of content and two columns on right side of content and a row above and below of the content. The columns should be able to accomidate any of the vertical type ads displayed below. and the rows should be able to accomidate any of the horizontal ads.
