would like to develop a very simple web-based application that helps people make business decisions. This simple app lets the user: 1. Fill out a form to define the decision you need to make (-ex- which developer should I hire?) 2. Fill out a form to define the options (-ex- Rachel, Sridhar, Bobby, or Subbu) 3. Fill out a form to enter the decision factors, and a weight for each. -ex- a) speed of implementation (weight of 10: most important) b) affordable cost (weight of 10: most important) c) star rating (weight of 9: very important) d) amount of detail in job application response (weight of 8: important) e) # of oDesk hours (weight of 7: relevant) 4. Allows the user to rank each of the options, by filling out a form (Rachel, Sridhar, Bobby, and Subbu) against the decision factors 5. Shows a results table with: - The decision being made as the header - Each option (Rachel, Sridhar, Bobby, Subbu) - The calculated # of points for each (decision factor1 * weight1 + decision factorX * weight X) - Sorted by most points.
