Online platform with Multi-user access

We need a MS-Excel sheet like table on a cloud platform where Multiple user can make entry at the same time in their respective columns from different locations over the internet. To be simple, we need a Google spreadsheet shared with different users with edit/ view only rights. We do not have G Drive or any other relative domain access to all users due to which we require such platform. Any ideas on the same would be appreciated.
