Website migration to Joomla

We have a membership site with a pay-wall that we would like to migrate to Joomla. The site is at [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin] You would need to replicate the site on your own server, and once the design is approved pack it up to be run on our own server. We have access to all of the graphical assets, and can export all of the content from the current CMS. The site would need to be able to restrict content based on membership level, and also have a way of choosing which articles populate the front page. Another concern is how we deal with incoming links pointing to the old site.
