Ongoing Scraping Job - Weekly scraping @ $400/month

I have 3 websites that have online forms we need you to populate with data I'll provide. From there, data will be returned that I need captured in an Excel file. I will provide a file every Wednesday and Sunday and will need the resulting files delivered every Tuesday and Saturday. So I'll need the Wednesday file on Saturday and the Sunday file on Tuesday. The following factors need to be considered before bidding: 1. Need data twice per week, same interval each week. Cannot be late, so monitoring the app for site changes is a must. 2. All 3 sites block heavily and in order to get accurate results, we need the IP Address to be changed after each record/search. There are apps that do this inexpensively. 3. There are a total of 1200 entries per site per run. I'll send you the sites after you make a bid. The sites all have 1 to 3 pages that need to be filled out in order to get the results. It 's all very small in terms of fields used. Please do not bid unless you can do this work on time twice a week no matter what. If you commit to me I'll commit to you. Thanks!
