Email marketing - send thousands of emails daily

We need some one to send thousands of emails. You will need to have your own mailing lists, and also be able to extract emails from appropriate places, like yellow pages etc. --------------- You must have the right email equipment and be able to switch ips. In other words have experience doing this! --------------- We will provide the body of the email and the subject line, but its your job to find the contacts and also to guarantee that the emails are not stopped by spam filtering. ----------------- NO SPAM When Bidding please outline how you plan on sending out the emails and how you can keep the emails from not going in the spam folder. Also please tell me your price for doing this for a month. If successful it will become long term. We would need to send at least 10,000 emails per day. -------------------------- In order to win the bid you must send them out for a trial period also and be able to offer proof that the emails are reaching their target.
