I am looking for someone to post ads in the real estate for sale section in a U.S. city 7 days per week for me. I am familiar with the posting process and expect someone who has experience and knows the ins and outs. Change ip's, redirects, domains etc. I do not want my website banned from Craigslist! This category is easier to post in so please keep this in mind when you bid. Picture ads can be used and I have an example. Automatic or hand posted is fine but please state your method. I will not pay for ghosted but will pay for flagged. Post to 1 city initially 10 ads per day. My website address will be provided for you to direct traffic to. Bid on 280 ads per month. An initial trial of 3 days will be set up so I can see ads posted and how you post. If all goes well you have the job.

I am prepared to take on this project immediately. I switch IPs after every posting, and will post no more than 3 posting per day with the same account. I also have an analytics program that I wrote that will daily email out results of all ads placed for you. Ghosted ads will be resubmitted and tweaked until they post. Have firm handling of what makes an ad ghost and handle my ads accordingly to minimize/eliminate ghosting. US Based, and ready to provide the services you desire. Based on the category stated, and the number of posts anticipated $42 for the month. I provide emailed reports no later than 1:00AM PST each morning for your ads for the previous day -- Color coded by status (live, ghost, flagged, CL-Flagged, or Grey-Ghost. Can start posting immediately up acceptance of terms and delivery of ad content.
