Need 10,000 Real Twitter Followers for Hip Hop Website

Hi, I need 10,000 real followers on my hip hop website's Twitter account by September 30, 2009. I will test you for 300 followers (real ones, not bots), so if you don't want me to test you, then don't bid on this project. I am looking for someone with experience in getting lots of Twitter followers specifically regarding the hip hop demographic of people.
